Service appointments are by arrangement at times requested by our guests.
We will gladly exchange or refund products within 14 days of purchase if accompanied by receipt. An exchange will be made or store credit issued if a return is made after 14 days or without receipt.
If you must cancel your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 50% service charge. A 24 hour notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest who may be waiting for a service.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand rescheduling may be in order.
Children are welcome at SALA Salon for their own scheduled appointments. |
